For as many as one third of couples, it can take up to twelve months to successfully conceive. Delayed conception is therefore quite common and may not be a real problem. However, one in seven couples will need help, often for a number of different reasons - some medical and some non-medical. Some problems may require 'high tech' intervention or surgery or the solution may simply be with recognizing the correct timings of the biological process such as ovulation.
Infertility treatment can be very demanding and can create a great deal of physical, emotional and psychological stress for a couple. It is therefore essential that the correct treatment is recommended based on an accurate diagnosis. At BACC we believe in thoroughly investigating the cause of a couple's infertility in the shortest possible time and providing an individualized treatment plan based on their medical history.
